HARDEMAN COUNTY SCHOOLS

The Teaching and Learning department provides classroom teachers in grades Kindergarten – Eighth grade with support in the areas of instructional strategies, data management, resource selection, and professional development on curriculum implementation. The department ensures grade level curriculum and resources for all students. Interpreting and integrating state and federal guideline changes that affect schools are also a responsibility of the department. The selection and implementation of early grades literacy curriculum that promotes reading readiness across all schools readiness is a focus area.
