Our Mission is to provide the best possible experience, training, and support for our Teachers, Administrators, and Support Staff.

The Human Resources Department directs the recruitment, selection, and placement of qualified professional and classified personnel consistent with legal requirements. Human Resources is responsible for supporting employees from the beginning to the end of their careers, including but not limited to:

  • Recruiting talented employees for all departments and all career levels
  • Assisting all departments and schools in the hiring of new employees
  • On-Boarding of all new hires
  • Providing a competitive salary and equal benefits package for all employees
  • Maintaining employee records and supporting employees with employment verification, student loan discounts and other critical transactions
  • Managing employee leaves of absence
  • Supporting employees at retirement
  • Support and tracking teacher licensure
  • Manage all workers compensation in accordance with the law
  • Teacher leave and substitute tracking
  • Manage Dental Insurance for all employees
