Encourage Physical Education activities on the inside or outside during the school day
Provide at least 90 minutes of physical activity per week
Provide and encourage students to participate in extracurricular physical activity programs
Encourage students to participate in band, tennis, basketball, walking clubs, and other activities that promotes exercise
Promote community physical activities (clubs, teams, sport camps, baseball or basketball leagues, band camp, etc.)
Students should develop long-term and short-term personal goals for participating regularly in physical activities and maintaining or improving health-related fitness
